The Annual Teaching With Purpose Assessment Summit brings educators, policy makers, parents and community together to discuss assessment strategies and share ideas about alternative assessment practices and accountability that empower students.

Course Learning Targets:

*Learn the fundamentals of alternative assessment development

*Understanding the Power of Student and Parent voice in assessment

*Classroom application for deeper and more informative instructional feedback

*The development and use of exemplary scoring rubrics to provide proper feedback

*The use of alternative assessments for accountability purposes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Educators with a track records of successfully developing and using alternative assessments in classrooms that can show student growth and  how growth is communicated to students and families.
