Teaching With Purpose Leadership Institute is designed to facilitate leadership development to implement culturally responsive practices, align with Oregon’s equity laws, including but not limited to Senate Bill 103, Senate Bill 739, HB 2192, Senate Bill 755, and OEIBs’ State Equity Lens. Participating teams will work to assess their district’s current equity policy context, learn new pedagogical and organizational practices, develop a coherent theory of action for culturally responsive policy and practice, and develop a strategic implementation plan to meet ambitious equity goals.
